Title : The Fallen Dragon

Description : I took this shot during my trip to Mexico, between November 2022 and November 2023, when I was visiting my friend in the state of Oaxaca, in Puerto Escondido. He took me to a marvelous beach, Playa Bacocho, where the Ocean was oftentimes gifting the shore with amazing driftwood, sometimes even trunks. During my exploration of this fantastic playground, I encountered this massive trunk. It was beautifully sculpted and polished by the ocean, holding its very special energy. The patterns on it were very intriguing, almost like an extraterrestrial handwriting. I took a shot and went back home later to edit it. The symmetry made me think of the skull of a Fallen Dragon, like a mysterious relic of ancient times. I love how imagination can take us on fantastic motionless trips like this one.
